Job Opportunity: Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance or Senior Finance Manager to join our growing team at IES. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial aspects of the company, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

Manage banking relationships, with a proven ability to secure loans and financial facilities.

Monitor and control financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Support senior management with financial planning and analysis.

Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and financial audits.

Improve financial processes, cost controls, and risk management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA preferred).

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior finance role.

Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.

Proven track record in dealing with banks and securing financial facilities or loans.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Experience in the energy or contracting industry is a plus.
